DX4WIN has a CW keyboard that actually works under all versions of Windows, including Windows/NT/2000.

Keying the radio can be done via the parallel port (LPT1..LPT3) or via the DTR or RTS line of your radio interface. Before keying starts, DX4WIN can raise the PTT line on the LPT port, so your amplifier relay gets a chance to activate.

The CW keyboard will show the characters as you enter them. You can also use canned messages containing current QSO information with a single mouse click.
